There are no hidden fees, however VAT will be in addition to the prices shown above. You will pay the prices + VAT shown above on a monthly or yearly basis depending on your subscription.
Turnaround time will be as follows:
Basic Plan: Turnaround 1-2 Business Days
Unlimited Plan: Turnaround 1 Business Day*
* Excluding 'Premium Design Work' Will be given job specific turnaround times. This is typically because these jobs require a lot more planning and consultations.
At the moment we exclusively accept credit cards as a method of payment for this service. This means we do not accept cash, cheques, money transfers, or Paypal as methods of payment. Feel free to contact us via support@onyxvisuals.com if you have any questions about payments.
Our team operate 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. You should expect a reply back within an hour during this time.
No. Onyx Unlimited is offered as a subscription service, so that at any time you wish to cancel, you can do so hassle-free.
We have two simple subscriptions, Basic and Unlimited.
Yes! You can use the service for as many brands as you like. If you need more 'active jobs' then you can add an additional subscription.
Your dedicated designers work on all your current 'active jobs' until they're complete, and will dedicate 3 hours each business day (per active job) to completing your requests.
For example: You have the unlimited package and you have 3 requests, there will be 2 designers working 3 hours each per business day on your 2 active requests. Once one of the active requests is completed they will use any remaining time to work on the next request.
If you need more active jobs, you're welcome to add additional subscriptions to increase your number of 'active jobs'.
As long as you have an active subscription, you will be billed on a recurring basis, on the same day that your subscription began. If you want more information on this, or if you wish to clarify any details, please contact us via support@onyxvisuals.com
It's very easy to cancel, though we don't know why you'd want to! You can cancel at any point in time. Just log in to your Onyx account, and you can cancel with a few clicks. If you need any help with this please contact us via support@onyxvisuals.com. You can also request assistance from your dedicated Project Manager.
We understand that you won't always need design services, and this is why we've made it easy for you to cancel at anytime. As Onyx Unlimited is a subscription service, we cannot offer refunds due to inactivity.
